Job Description:
We are seeking a structurally elite and strategically agile HR Manager to anchor the people-performance engine and cultural DNA of our QSR/hospitality business. In a high-velocity service landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the shift-relay and the precision of the engagement-filter success is defined by "People-Operations Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex multi-site workforce structures with the clinical precision required for Talent Pipeline Engineering, Labour Compliance, and Operational-Alignment. This role is designed as an "Organizational Anchor" a critical residency for an ambitious HR leader who can blend "HR Grit" (mastering the complexities of high-volume labour law and performance cycles) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Talent Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Workforce Governance
Sovereignty of the Operations: Manage end-to-end HR operations across all restaurant outlets, acting as the primary "Source of People-Process Throughput."
Planning Architecture: Execute strategic workforce planning, shift structuring, and staffing-level optimization, providing the "Structural Foundation" for operational productivity.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure absolute consistency in policy/SOP implementation and labour standards, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Talent Logic
Talent Sovereignty: Lead high-volume recruitment for restaurant/support roles and build long-term pipelines, acting as the primary "Source of Growth-Ready Talent."
Relationship Architecture: Act as the ultimate resolution point for employee relations (grievances/conflicts), providing the "Functional Foundation" for a stable workplace.
Development Stewardship: Coach line managers on performance/leadership, maintaining the "Source of Operational Capability."
3. Cultural Integrity & Performance Power
Engagement Sovereignty: Drive morale, retention, and recognition programs, acting as the primary "Source of Cultural Velocity."
Process Architecture: Utilize HR Metric Toolkits to track and report on performance cycles and operational objectives, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven decisions.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Strategic Stakeholder-Partnership expertise to align people-strategies with commercial objectives, maximizing the "Source of QSR-Expansion Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience within QSR, hospitality, FMCG, retail, or multi-site environments.
Technical Power: Deep knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, and workforce planning in high-volume, frontline-driven sectors.
Aptitude: Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills; the ability to act as a "Partner to Operations" rather than just an administrator.
Mindset: Proactive, commercially aware, and capable of managing change in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
