We are seeking a highly structured, proactive, and disciplined HR & Admin Manager to lead our people operations and administrative systems. As we scale our brands, we need an architect of efficiency someone who can bridge the gap between human potential and operational excellence.

Requirements:
Human Resources & Culture
The Employee Lifecycle: Lead recruitment, seamless onboarding, and rigorous staff documentation.
Policy Enforcement: Develop and enforce company policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures to ensure a high standard of professional conduct.
Engagement: Manage staff welfare, lead conflict resolution, and cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance.
Performance & Accountability
KPI Management: Track staff productivity, sales contributions, and key performance indicators.
Evaluation: Conduct periodic staff evaluations and performance reviews.
Efficiency: Implement data-driven systems to measure output and identify opportunities to enhance staff efficiency.
Administrative Management
Workflow Optimization: Oversee daily operations, manage schedules, and ensure smooth inter-departmental workflows.
Facility Oversight: Manage office facilities, utilities, and assets, ensuring our physical workspace reflects our brand standards.
Front Desk Excellence: Supervise front desk operations and client flow structures to ensure a premium first impression.
Compliance, Control & Process Improvement
Financial Alignment: Work closely with the accountant to ensure payroll accuracy and monitor operational expenses.
Gap Analysis: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improved tools and processes to enhance structure.
Audit Readiness: Maintain impeccable records, ensuring full compliance with labor laws, internal ethics, and reporting structures.
Qualifications and Skills:
ducation & Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPM certification is required.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in an HR/Admin role. You must have experience managing teams within a structured, performance-driven environment.
Leadership Style: You are firm but fair. You understand how to enforce structure without eroding morale.
Execution Focus: You are strong in execution, not just planning. You get things done.
Soft Skills:
Discipline: You possess high levels of discretion, attention to detail, and integrity.
Communication: You can deliver clear instructions and navigate difficult conversations with professionalism.
Organization: You are proactive and naturally inclined toward building systems that last.
