Job Description:

Our client is seeking a proactive, experienced, and business-driven Hotel Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of their hotel, bar & lounge, and swimming pool facilities. This role is designed for a high-energy leader who can ensure smooth operations while actively driving revenue through creative event programming and superior service delivery. You will be responsible for creating a vibrant guest experience that attracts repeat patronage and boosts the facility's profitability.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is as comfortable managing staff and maintenance as they are developing marketing initiatives and hosting high-profile events.

Requirements:

Facility & Operations Management

  • Daily Coordination: Supervise all hotel departments to ensure operations are seamless and guest satisfaction is maintained at the highest levels.

  • Maintenance & Standards: Monitor the cleanliness, safety, and overall aesthetic appeal of the hotel premises, including the swimming pool area.

  • Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professional poise, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

Bar, Lounge & Poolside Strategy

  • Revenue Generation: Oversee the bar and lounge, implementing strategies to increase beverage sales and optimize inventory levels.

  • Event Creation: Plan and execute regular themed nights, pool parties, live entertainment, and promotional activities to attract a diverse clientele.

  • Patronage Growth: Coordinate poolside activities and promotions specifically designed to increase occupancy and customer retention.

Sales, Marketing & Leadership

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to boost hotel occupancy and overall revenue.

  • Brand Promotion: Promote hotel services through social media, partnerships, and targeted marketing initiatives.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor staff, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to hospitality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: * 3–6 years of experience in hotel or hospitality management.

    • Proven experience in bar/lounge operations and event management is highly preferred.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Sales & Marketing: Strong ability to drive business growth through creative promotions.

    • Leadership: Excellent team management and problem-solving skills.

    • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Preferred Candidate: Male.
