Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced, target-driven, and sales-focused Hotel Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing all aspects of hotel operations, guest services, staff development, and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Operational Oversight: Manage all hotel departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage services.

• Customer Experience: Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service standards.

• Revenue Management: Develop and implement aggressive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

• Leadership: Motivate and manage staff to achieve peak performance and maintain a professional team environment.

• Financial Stewardship: Monitor expenses, prepare budgets, and analyze financial reports to ensure business profitability.

• Compliance: Maintain full compliance with all hotel policies, safety standards, and local/state regulations.

• Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints promptly and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 4 years in a senior managerial role.

• Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of hotel management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Competency: Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a focus on sales targets.

• Compliance: Strong understanding of Nigerian hospitality industry regulations.
