Requirements:

• Strategic Leadership: Direct the day-to-day operations and execute business strategies designed to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.

• Business Development: Proactively identify growth opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and enhance the hotel's presence in the competitive hospitality landscape.

• Operational Excellence: Enforce rigorous operational policies and procedures to ensure top-tier service delivery, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

• Financial Stewardship: Oversee budget planning, monitor financial performance, manage operational costs, and deliver consistent reporting.

• Team Management: Provide mentorship and supervision to departmental managers and staff, promoting a culture of professional growth and accountability.

• Market Intelligence: Continuously analyze industry trends to refine our competitive positioning and resolve guest concerns with executive-level professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Hotel General Manager.

• Local Expertise: Extensive experience managing hotel operations in Lagos is highly preferred; experience specifically within Lagos Island is a significant advantage.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
