Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance function, responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating all material risks across the business while ensuring strict adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field FRM, PRM, ACA, ACCA, or related professional certification
• 8-10 years experience in Risk Management,
• Compliance, Audit, or Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of CBN, SEC, and financial services regulations
• Experience in lending, leasing, or investment operations is an advantage.
