Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
• Align operational processes with Brand Regimen’s strategic, financial, and growth objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, accountability, and performance.
• Establish, monitor, and optimize workflows, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage resource planning, vendor relationships, and operational budgets.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, client commitments, and industry best practices.
• Track KPIs, prepare operational reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 7 - 8 years of experience.
