Job Description:

• Oversee daily banking operations, including account opening, loan processing, and transaction handling.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all branches and service outlets.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints promptly.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
