Job Description:

• As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the overall marketing strategy, drive customer acquisition and retention, and oversee brand growth initiatives while building scalable marketing systems within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition
• Lead digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, and customer engagement initiatives
• Oversee product marketing, campaign execution, and market positioning across all channels
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize ROI
• Build, manage, and mentor high-performing marketing teams while collaborating with product and leadership teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
• Minimum of 8 years marketing experience within the fintech sector is mandatory
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, CRM, and customer acquisition strategies
• Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, or related field is an advantage
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
