We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Head of Admin and Facility Management to anchor the operational engine of our organization in Ikeja. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the efficiency of the workspace and the precision of the asset-relay success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex administration with the clinical precision required for Facility Refurbishment, Fleet Management, and Service Charge Administration. This role is designed for an "Infrastructural Architect" specifically a leader with 5 to 10 years of experience who can blend "Strategic Grit" (managing budgets and performance metrics) with the "Operational Agility" required to execute Health & Safety Enforcements and Stakeholder Liaison.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Asset Governance

• Sovereignty of the Facility: Supervise office renovations, refurbishments, and general facility management, acting as the primary "Source of Workspace Excellence."

• Financial Architecture: Oversee rent collection and the preparation of client service charges, providing the "Structural Foundation" for revenue integrity and facility upkeep.

• Integrity Stewardship: Implement and enforce policies related to fleet management and Health & Safety (HSE), ensuring the "Source of Institutional Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Administrative Logic

• Budgetary Sovereignty: Develop and manage budgets and performance metrics, acting as the primary "Source of Resource Optimization."

• Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain strong partnerships with government authorities, clients, and partners, providing the "Functional Foundation" for seamless business continuity.

• Vendor Stewardship: Manage vendor onboarding and strategic relationships, maintaining the "Source of Supply Chain Reliability."

3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
