We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Growth Executive to anchor the expansion engine of ProcessLab. In a specialized B2B landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the transition from operational chaos to scalable systems success is defined by "Growth Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize cold outreach with the clinical precision required for Founder-Level Engagement, Value Proposition Engineering, and Sales Pipeline Architecture. This remote role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" with a BA/BSc/HND and 2+ years of experience who can blend "Proactive Grit" (prospecting via LinkedIn and email) with the "Strategic Agility" required to diagnose operational challenges and convert them into long-term automated solutions.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Pipeline Governance
Inbound Sovereignty: Identify businesses struggling with operational chaos and translate their needs into ProcessLab opportunities, acting as the primary "Source of Market Creation."
Prospect Architecture: Research target companies and decision-makers via LinkedIn and referrals, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a healthy and high-conversion sales pipeline.
Integrity Stewardship: Support proposal preparation and maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring the "Source of Client Intelligence" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Engagement Logic
Engagement Sovereignty: Initiate high-level conversations with founders and business leaders, acting as the primary "Source of Value Communication."
Conversion Architecture: Move leads through the sales process and close new engagements with millimetric focus, providing the "Functional Foundation" for sustained revenue growth.
Relationship Stewardship: Maintain strong post-conversion relationships to identify upsell opportunities, maintaining the "Source of Long-Term Client Value."
3. Operational Integrity & Collaboration Power
Discovery Sovereignty: Understand client operational challenges in-depth to schedule high-impact demos, acting as the primary "Source of Solution Diagnosis."

Qualifications and Skills:
