Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically sharp Growth Associate to anchor our brand visibility and daily operational backbone. In a hybrid work environment, success is defined by "Engagement Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize creative social media management with the clinical precision required for CRM administration, client communication, and business development support. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" who can blend "Digital Grit" (managing online platforms) with the "Operational Agility" required to handle office administration with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
1. Brand Orchestration & Digital Engagement
Social Media Sovereignty: Oversee the management of company social media accounts, ensuring every post serves as a "Source of Choice" for our target audience.
Content Synergy: Coordinate and schedule high-quality content that aligns synchronously with our business development goals and brand identity.
Online Advocacy: Manage real-time engagement and community interactions, ensuring professional and prompt responses to all digital inquiries.
2. CRM Governance & Administrative Logic
Data Stewardship: Manage day-to-day CRM operations with millimetric precision, ensuring all lead data and client interactions are accurately documented and "Audit-Ready."
Business Development Support: Assist in the engineering of client communication workflows and administrative tasks that de-risk the sales and onboarding funnel.
Operational Integrity: Handle general office administration tasks, maintaining an organized and high-fidelity "Digital Office" environment.
3. Client Diplomacy & Communication
Interface Management: Support client engagement by serving as a reliable point of contact, ensuring all external communication is professional, clear, and proactive.
Strategic Collaboration: Work independently to identify "Friction Points" in daily operations and propose creative solutions to improve overall organizational velocity.
Hybrid Adaptability: Maintain high-performance output in a hybrid setting, ensuring the one-day-a-week onsite presence is utilized for high-stakes coordination and team synergy.
