Job Description:

• Coordinate with the Shanghai team to develop and implement game operation strategies for the Nigerian market.
• Manage game localization processes to ensure cultural relevance and improve distribution efficiency.
• Identify trending local games by analyzing market trends, and drive content promotion through popular recommendations and themed operations.
• Conduct local game reviews, testing, and evaluations to ensure quality and market suitability.
• Plan and execute local in-game and community events aligned with regional festivals, cultural moments, and trending news.
• Organize and lead user survey sessions, compile research findings, and provide actionable insights to support localization and operational improvements.
• Build, grow, and manage gaming community groups and social media channels, maintaining active communication with fans and players.
• Gather and analyze player feedback to support product localization and improve user experience.
• Test new platform features when launched in overseas markets and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to establish and maintain relationships with local game developers.
