Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite FTTH Engineer to anchor the deployment engine of our telecommunications operations. In a specialized digital landscape where organizational momentum is dictated by the speed of the "Last Mile" connection and the precision of the signal success is defined by "Connectivity Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex fiber layouts with the clinical precision required for Splicing, OTDR Testing, and ONU/Router Configuration. This role is designed for a "Network Architect" with 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (handling fiber laying and Google Earth mapping) with the "Technical Agility" required to troubleshoot complex fiber faults and ensure quality control.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Deployment Governance

• Deployment Sovereignty: Execute efficient network installation and fiber laying with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Subscriber Connectivity."

• Planning Architecture: Perform quality surveys and fiber designs using Google Earth, providing the "Structural Foundation" for scalable network expansion.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict quality control and compliance with engineering standards, ensuring the "Source of Network Longevity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Maintenance Logic

• Splicing Sovereignty: Master fiber splitter integration and precision splicing, acting as the primary "Source of Signal Continuity."

• Troubleshooting Architecture: Utilize OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) to test links and resolve fiber faults, providing the "Functional Foundation" for rapid service restoration.

• Hardware Stewardship: Manage ONU and Router installations and configurations, maintaining the "Source of Optimal End-User Experience."

3. Operational Integrity & Resource Power

• Tool Sovereignty: Maintain adequate management of specialized fiber tools and equipment, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Readiness."

• Reporting Architecture: Maintain accurate documentation and periodic operational reports, providing the "Relational Foundation" for network performance monitoring.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–2 years of Field Support expertise to navigate complex installations in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Network Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 1 – 2 years of proven experience as a Field Support Engineer.

• Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Fiber Optic cables, OTDR testing, splicing, and fiber splitter technology.

• Tools: Proficiency in Google Earth Map and fiber optic design concepts.
