Job Description:

Are you a warm, organized, and professional individual with a passion for excellence? We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to serve as the face of our bustling spa in Lekki. You will manage daily front-office operations, curate the client experience, and ensure seamless scheduling and flow in a high-energy environment.

Requirements:

  • Client Experience: Provide a five-star welcome, attending to all clients with professionalism and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction from arrival to departure.

  • Appointment Management: Expertly manage bookings, daily schedules, and calendars to maximize efficiency.

  • Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls, inquiries, and messages, responding promptly and courteously.

  • Operations Coordination: Oversee the daily flow of clients to ensure a relaxed and organized environment.

  • Administration: Maintain accurate daily logs, records, and reporting.

  • Environment Stewardship: Ensure the reception area remains pristine, welcoming, and organized at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of OND/HND in a relevant field.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.

  • Location: Must reside in Lekki or its immediate environs.

  • Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.

  • Operational Agility: Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Literacy: Proficient in basic computer usage and digital scheduling tools.

  • Detail-Oriented: A highly organized professional who takes pride in accuracy and presentation.

Salary

₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
