Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and growth-oriented Front Desk & Digital Marketing Assistant to anchor the operational and revenue engine of our organization. In a specialized service environment where the first physical interaction often dictates the lifetime value of a client success is defined by "Frontline Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize elite hospitality with the clinical precision required for Digital Outreach, Lead Generation, and Manual Signature Space Sales. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (managing high-volume inquiries and office logistics) with the "Strategic Agility" required to identify income-generating opportunities and expand the client base.
Requirements:
1. Experience Orchestration & Security Governance
First-Contact Sovereignty: Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients and visitors with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Professionalism."
Security Architecture: Exercise high-level situational awareness to monitor visitor interactions and identify risks, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a safe and discreet office environment.
Integrity Stewardship: Manage incoming communications with absolute accuracy and courtesy, ensuring the "Source of Information Flow" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Administrative Logic
Operational Sovereignty: Oversee supplies management and vendor coordination, acting as the primary "Source of Office Continuity."
HR Architecture: Support administrative functions including record-keeping and office logistics, providing the "Functional Foundation" for internal team efficiency.
Maintenance Stewardship: Ensure general facility upkeep and professional aesthetics, maintaining the "Source of Visual Brand Standards."
3. Revenue Integrity & Marketing Power
Growth Sovereignty: Drive revenue by promoting and securing clients for Manual Signature Spaces, acting as the primary "Source of Direct Sales."
Visibility Architecture: Execute marketing initiatives and client outreach programs, providing the "Relational Foundation" for expanded brand visibility.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Microsoft Office proficiency and 2+ years of sector expertise to prepare performance reports and pursuit new business, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years in front desk operations, customer service, or sales/marketing roles.
Domain Power: Prior experience in client acquisition or marketing is a significant advantage.
Software Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and elite phone/email etiquette.
