Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and enthusiastic Front Desk / Customer Service Officer to anchor the engagement engine of TravelDeer Nigeria in Ikeja. In a specialized travel and tourism landscape where brand authority is dictated by the warmth of the welcome and the precision of the itinerary success is defined by "Travel Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize guest inquiries with the clinical precision required for Bookings, Reservations, and Destination Knowledge. This role is designed for a "Service Architect" with a National Diploma and 1+ year of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling high-net-worth traveler needs) with the "Strategic Agility" required to provide personalized travel recommendations and support marketing promotions.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Engagement Governance

• Hospitality Sovereignty: Welcome visitors and clients with a warm and inviting demeanor, acting as the primary "Source of Brand First Impressions."

• Communication Architecture: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professional precision, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite travel connectivity.

• Information Stewardship: Provide detailed information on travel services, packages, and destinations, ensuring the "Source of Travel Knowledge" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Logistic Logic

• Reservation Sovereignty: Assist clients with bookings and travel arrangements with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Itinerary Accuracy."

• Data Architecture: Perform data entry, filing, and record maintenance, providing the "Functional Foundation" for accurate client history and logistics.

• Marketing Stewardship: Support promotional activities and events as needed, maintaining the "Source of Brand Growth."

3. Operational Integrity & Service Power

• Recommendation Sovereignty: Offer personalized travel suggestions based on client needs, acting as the primary "Source of Bespoke Experiences."

• Efficiency Architecture: Utilize strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to streamline office workflows, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a fast-paced environment.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize customer service expertise to resolve booking or inquiry bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Service Throughput" in Ikeja.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: National Diploma (ND) or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or front desk role.

• Domain Power: A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help others explore new destinations.

• Attributes: Polite, pleasing personality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Core Competencies

• Service Grit: Ability to handle diverse client inquiries with a professional and helpful attitude.

• Travel Sovereignty: Strong computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
