Job Description:
We are seeking highly responsible, fast-thinking, and disciplined Food Outlet Supervisors to take full ownership of our Isheri and Yaba locations. In this role, you are the engine of the outlet, overseeing the total performance of both the "front end" (sales) and the "back end" (production). Your success will be measured by four pillars: Speed, Quality, Cleanliness, and Control.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who understands that in the food business, consistency and turnaround time are the primary drivers of profitability and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
Operational Flow & Production
Workflow Optimization: Coordinate between the sales and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless transition from order to delivery.
Speed of Service: Maintain fast and efficient turnaround times, ensuring that service never stalls or backlogs during peak periods.
Production Quality: Enforce strict portion control and quality standards to ensure every meal is prepared correctly, consistently, and on time.
Waste Management: Monitor production closely to minimize wastage and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Sales & Customer Experience
Revenue Growth: Drive the team to meet and exceed daily sales targets for both walk-in and online orders.
Service Excellence: Ensure a pleasant customer journey by resolving complaints quickly and maintaining a high standard of professional service.
Digital Integration: Supervise the efficient handling of third-party delivery orders and online platforms.
Hygiene, Team & Accountability
Sanitation Standards: Maintain a "white-glove" level of cleanliness across the entire facility, from the dining area to the deep-production kitchen.
Team Discipline: Supervise staff, enforce punctuality, and foster a high-performance team culture.
Reporting: Prepare accurate daily reports covering sales, stock levels, and operational issues.
Loss Prevention: Monitor stock usage and implement controls to prevent leakages or losses.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Diploma/OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a QSR, restaurant, or retail environment.
Residency: Must reside in or around Isheri or Yaba (or very close proximity).
Core Competencies:
Strong operational control and the ability to think fast under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on staff discipline.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Sharp eye for detail regarding food presentation and hygiene.
