We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the organization's financial health.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and management of the annual budget.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with local laws.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance.
• Manage and process invoices and payments to suppliers.
• Track and collect payments from customers.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations.
• Ensure the organization adheres to all financial compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Utilize accounting software for data entry and reporting.
• Provide financial guidance and support to management on financial planning and business strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software is important.
• Professional certification.
