Job Description:

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Lead to oversee financial operations, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic decision-making across the business.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting, payables management, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and financial reporting processes.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
