In the specialized landscape of construction, logistics, and property management where progress is measured by movement success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize site progress with the clinical precision required for Material Management, Procurement, and Rapid Maintenance. This role is designed for an "Execution Architect" who can blend "Tactical Grit" (supervising site work) with the "Agility" required to run field errands and support logistics teams in real-time.

Requirements:

1. Site Orchestration & Progress Governance

• Supervision Sovereignty: Monitor day-to-day site work and progress with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Execution Oversight."
