Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and resilient Field Fiber Marketing Personnel to lead our customer acquisition efforts in Lekki and surrounding Lagos territories. In the rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape, success is defined by "Last-Mile Conversion", the ability to move from street-level prospecting to active, paying fiber subscribers. This role is designed for a "Territory Catalyst" with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" with the persuasive clarity required to sell high-speed broadband to residential and business clusters.
Your mission is to ensure "Market Density and Rapid Revenue Growth." You will be the front-line ambassador for our fiber services: responsible for door-to-door prospecting, estate activations, and the accurate onboarding of new subscribers. If you possess "Negotiation Mastery," an ownership mentality, and a track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, we want you to drive our commercial excellence.
Requirements:
1. Field Prospecting & Territory Activation
Customer Acquisition: Conduct high-intensity door-to-door marketing, identifying and engaging potential residential and business clients within assigned high-density clusters.
Experiential Marketing: Execute estate activations, roadshows, and community campaigns to build brand visibility and educate the public on the superior benefits of fiber technology.
Relationship Diplomacy: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with estate managers, landlords, and business hub coordinators to gain exclusive entry into target territories.
2. Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth
Lead Orchestration: Follow up on qualified leads with military discipline, ensuring a high conversion rate from initial inquiry to payment confirmation.
Onboarding Stewardship: Process customer documentation accurately and ensure proper plan mapping, guiding the subscriber through the journey from "Prospect" to "Active User."
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly subscriber acquisition targets to drive regional revenue growth.
3. Reporting & Market Intelligence
Pipeline Visibility: Provide daily field activity reports, tracking conversion progress and pipeline health via CRM or internal reporting systems.
Competitor Analytics: Monitor rival ISP activities within your territory, providing feedback on pricing sensitivity, technical objections, and promotional tactics.
Strategic Feedback: Suggest localized improvements to marketing materials or packages based on direct customer feedback and market penetration data.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of HND or B.Sc. (Upper Credit or 2.1) in any relevant discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, telecom sales, or FMCG marketing. Experience selling Broadband or Tech-related products is a significant advantage.
Location Edge: In-depth knowledge of Lagos geography, particularly the Lekki/Ajah axis.
