Job Description:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential customers through methods like cold calling or following up on marketing-generated leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales and Product Presentation: Presenting and demonstrating a company's products or services to prospective clients, explaining their features and benefits to address customer needs and challenges.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales and finalize deals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently working to meet or exceed established sales goals (quotas) on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Market Awareness: Conducting market research to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to stay competitive.
- Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, problem resolution, and post-sales support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales activity, analyzing sales performance metrics, and preparing reports for management.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value and engage with customers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, connect with people, and understand their needs.
- Negotiation: Skill in negotiating terms to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction and positive experiences.

Salary
