Job Description:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential customers through methods like cold calling or following up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales and Product Presentation: Presenting and demonstrating a company's products or services to prospective clients, explaining their features and benefits to address customer needs and challenges.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales and finalize deals.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently working to meet or exceed established sales goals (quotas) on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
  • Market Awareness: Conducting market research to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to stay competitive.
  • Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, problem resolution, and post-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
