We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Prior experience in a fashion house production environment provides a significant advantage.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying andresolving production issues efficiently and effectively.
• The ability to clearly communicate with designers, suppliers,clients and production personnel
• Strong leadership qualities to effectively supervise andmotivate production team, fostering positive results
• Creating and managing production schedules.
• Skilled in maintaining optimal stock levels of materials and finished goods to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Experience in cost estimation, negotiation, and budgetcontrol to optimize production efficiency.
• Procurement of tailoring materials

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience.
