Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Factory Operations Manager to anchor the industrial engine of our chemical manufacturing operations. In the specialized landscape of regulated process manufacturing, success is defined by "Production Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex batch systems with the clinical precision required for Yield Optimization, OEE Management, and Industrial Safety. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 8–10 years of progressive experience who can blend "Engineering Grit" (overseeing maintenance and automation) with the "Strategic Agility" required to implement Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM frameworks.

Requirements:

1. Plant Orchestration & Production Governance

• Output Sovereignty: Lead daily operations to hit production targets and quality benchmarks with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Plant Throughput."

• Process Architecture: Oversee batch manufacturing systems to maximize yield and minimize losses, providing the "Structural Foundation" for capacity utilization.

• Continuous Improvement Stewardship: Implement Lean and TPM methodologies to reduce waste, ensuring the "Source of Operational Efficiency" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Engineering Logic

• Maintenance Sovereignty: Lead predictive and preventive programs to minimize equipment failure, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Reliability."

• HSE Architecture: Enforce strict compliance with environmental and industrial safety standards, providing the "Protective Foundation" for workforce and environmental safety.

3. Operational Integrity & Financial Power

• Budget Sovereignty: Manage plant budgets and control operational costs with high-fidelity accuracy, acting as the primary "Source of Cost-Effectiveness."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 8–10 years of progressive experience in chemical or construction manufacturing; at least 5 years in senior plant leadership.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; an MBA is a distinct advantage.

• Methodology Mastery: Proven implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM.
