Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Executive Assistant to anchor the leadership engine of our MD’s office. In the fast-evolving landscape of Abuja real estate and business development, success is defined by "Strategic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex executive priorities with the clinical precision required for Calendar Governance, Workflow Synchronization, and Regional Project Coordination. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Administrative Grit" (managing briefing materials and travel itineraries) with the "Strategic Agility" required to support on-ground execution during travel to Eastern Nigeria.
Requirements:
1. Leadership Orchestration & Calendar Governance
Prioritization Sovereignty: Manage complex calendars and strategic sessions with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Leadership Bandwidth."
Briefing Architecture: Prepare high-fidelity reports and documentation ahead of all engagements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for informed decision-making.
Execution Stewardship: Track deliverables and follow up on action points across internal teams, ensuring the "Source of Operational Momentum" is elite and uninterrupted.
2. Tactical Resilience & Field Logic
Field Sovereignty: Coordinate site schedules and document project updates during travel to Eastern Nigeria (up to 25%), acting as the primary "Source of Regional Intelligence."
Logistics Architecture: Manage travel itineraries and accommodation with clinical precision, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for cost-effective executive movement.
Stakeholder Stewardship: Interface with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, maintaining the "Source of Professional Consistency and Brand Integrity."
3. Insight Integrity & Performance Power
Research Sovereignty: Conduct targeted market research and property intelligence to support business decisions, acting as the primary "Source of Decision Support."
System Architecture: Monitor workflow systems and proactively escalate bottlenecks, providing the "Visual Foundation" for cross-departmental alignment.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Drive proficiency to manage competing priorities under pressure, maximizing the "Source of Administrative Velocity."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or Social Sciences.
Experience: 2–5 years in an Executive Assistant or Operations Coordination role (Real Estate or Consulting preferred).
Location: Must be based in Abuja (proximity to Maitama preferred).
