Job Description:

We are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive strategic and administrative support to the Managing Director and VP of Sales. This is not a traditional secretarial role; it requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience who can act as a force multiplier for executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between executive administration, sales team coordination, and marketing liaison, ensuring that the MD’s priorities are executed with precision while maintaining a seamless flow of communication across regional teams.

Requirements:

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Calendar & Travel: Manage complex, high-priority calendars and handle end-to-end domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed expense reporting.

  • Executive Documentation: Prepare sophisticated presentations, briefing documents, and high-quality reports for board-level or client engagements.

  • Correspondence: Manage executive emails and official communications, acting as a professional gatekeeper while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Task Orchestration: Track priorities and follow-ups across the executive office to ensure no strategic objective is delayed.

Sales Team Coordination

  • Operational Liaison: Support the VP of Sales by coordinating activities between leadership and regional sales teams.

  • Sales Tech Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities and maintain visibility on team performance and travel schedules.

  • Meeting Readiness: Ensure the sales leadership is fully prepared for key presentations and strategic reviews with templates and efficient communication tools.

Marketing & Communication Liaison

  • Regional Marketing: Act as the local point of contact for marketing initiatives, supporting the planning and execution of regional campaigns and corporate events.

  • Digital Management: Oversee internal communication portals and social media platforms to ensure brand consistency and timely updates.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in customer engagement activities and the internal sharing of business updates across the region.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in executive support or administration.

    • Significant experience working within a technology-driven organization or a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Advanced mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Practical experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce is a distinct advantage).

    • Familiarity with social media management and digital communication tools.

Salary

N1,000,000 - N1,300,000 Net monthly.
