We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to customers while ensuring timely delivery, accurate payment processing, and efficient logistics operations.
• Support process improvements to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and liaise with transport providers.

• Track orders to ensure timely processing, delivery, and fulfillment.

• Monitor and ensure payments to suppliers and vendors are processed on schedule.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and payments.

• Prepare periodic reports on order status, delivery timelines, and payment schedules.

• Support logistics and supply chain process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.

• 1–3 years of relevant logistics, supply chain, or operations experience.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

• Attention to detail in reviewing invoices, schedules, and records.

• Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.

• Problem-solving skills to address logistics delays or discrepancies.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tool
