Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our daily fulfillment operations. This is a role for a "Floor General"—someone who understands that warehouse efficiency is the backbone of customer trust. You will be responsible for ensuring that every order is picked, packed, and shipped with 100% accuracy while maintaining a safe, lean, and high-energy work environment.

As the Warehouse Manager, you will bridge the gap between digital inventory records and physical reality. You will lead a diverse team of associates, optimize our layout for maximum throughput, and implement world-class process improvements. Requirements:

1. Fulfillment Orchestration & Throughput

• Workflow Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of goods—from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and final dispatch.

• Team Performance: Mentor and schedule a team of fulfillment officers, driving them to meet and exceed daily productivity targets.

• Process Optimization: Implement Lean Warehousing principles and the 5S Methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to minimize waste and reduce order cycle times.

2. Inventory Integrity & Systems Management

• Accuracy Governance: Execute regular cycle counts and wall-to-wall audits to ensure 100% inventory accuracy and immediate resolution of discrepancies.

• WMS Mastery: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software to track movement, optimize storage locations, and generate real-time reports.

• Automated Systems: Leverage experience with automated sorting or picking systems to maximize space utilization and labor efficiency.

3. Safety, Compliance & Maintenance

• Safety Leadership: Enforce strict health and safety standards (OSHA) to ensure a zero-accident workplace.

• Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and safe operation of material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and top management to resolve logistics bottlenecks and optimize dock scheduling.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in warehouse or logistics management, specifically in E-commerce or FMCG environments.

• Technical IQ: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel. Forklift Certification and OSHA Safety Training are highly preferred.

• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 25kg and remain active (standing/walking) for the duration of the shift.

• Lean Expertise: Proven background in Lean warehousing and process optimization.

• Leadership: Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse frontline workforce.

• Problem Solving: Ability to act quickly under pressure to resolve fulfillment delays or inventory errors.
