Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to anchor the technical engine of our Lagos operations. In the specialized landscape of modern power systems and electronics, success is defined by "Technical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex installations with the clinical precision required for System Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and Safety Compliance. This role is designed for an "Engineering Architect" with an HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering who can blend "Operational Grit" (assisting in repairs and installations) with the "Agility" required to undergo rapid on-the-job training and professional growth.

Requirements:

1. Installation Orchestration & Maintenance Governance

• Installation Sovereignty: Assist in electrical installations and maintenance activities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Power Stability."

• Maintenance Architecture: Support the routine check of electrical systems and equipment, providing the "Structural Foundation" for operational uptime.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with safety and operational standards, ensuring the "Source of Workplace Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Troubleshooting Logic

• Repair Sovereignty: Support the troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical systems, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Recovery."

• Project Architecture: Work collaboratively with the technical team on assigned engineering projects, providing the "Functional Foundation" for infrastructure development.

• Development Stewardship: Engage in intensive on-the-job training to master specialized equipment, maintaining the "Source of Professional Evolution."

3. Operational Integrity & Collaboration Power

• Team Sovereignty: Contribute to a high-performance team environment, acting as the primary "Source of Collaborative Synergy."

• Communication Architecture: Utilize Yoruba language proficiency (preferred) to bridge communication with diverse stakeholders and on-site staff, providing the "Relational Foundation" for seamless operations.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize HND-level technical knowledge to identify system inefficiencies in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Engineering Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Highly Preferred).

• Experience: Entry-level to early-career; must have a strong willingness to learn on the job.

• Language: Yoruba language proficiency is preferred for effective on-site coordination.

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and electronic components.
