Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to join our manufacturing facility in Agbara. You will be the technical expert responsible for the reliability and efficiency of our electrical infrastructure. From maintaining complex industrial machinery and control systems to supporting the commissioning of new equipment, your work will be central to minimizing downtime and optimizing production performance. Requirements:

• System Maintenance & Reliability: Proactively maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all factory electrical systems, including motors, panels, and generators, to ensure maximum equipment uptime.

• Preventive Strategy: Execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to prevent operational failures.

• Project Support: Participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical installations and factory upgrades.

• Operational Optimization: Work in close partnership with production and maintenance teams to identify opportunities for equipment performance enhancement.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical activities are executed in strict accordance with safety standards, company policies, and best-in-class engineering practices.

• Technical Documentation: Accurately read, interpret, and maintain electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to facilitate effective repairs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 5–8 years of experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong proficiency in industrial electrical systems, including motors, distribution panels, and control systems.

  • Proven troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Automation: Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial automation is considered a distinct advantage.
