Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer to anchor the power engine of our paving stone production facility in Ibeju-Lekki. In a specialized manufacturing landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the uptime of the machinery and the precision of the control systems success is defined by "Electrical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize routine maintenance with the clinical precision required for Fault Troubleshooting, Control Panel Logic, and Automated Systems Management. This role is designed for an "Electrical Architect" with a Bachelor’s/HND and 0–2 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (installing and repairing industrial equipment) with the "Strategic Agility" required to interpret complex electrical diagrams and implement process upgrades.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Maintenance Governance
Systemic Sovereignty: Assist in the installation and repair of electrical systems and heavy machinery, acting as the primary "Source of Power Continuity."
Inspection Architecture: Conduct routine inspections of electrical components, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a robust and reliable production environment.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring the "Source of Equipment History" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Troubleshooting Logic
Diagnosis Sovereignty: Support the troubleshooting of electrical faults in production equipment and control panels, acting as the primary "Source of Rapid Failure Resolution."
Operational Architecture: Ensure the proper functioning of motors, generators, and automated systems, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high-volume manufacturing.
Interpretation Stewardship: Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications with millimetric focus, maintaining the "Source of Technical Accuracy."
3. Operational Integrity & Efficiency Power
Safety Sovereignty: Ensure all electrical operations comply with safety standards and national regulations, acting as the primary "Source of Workplace Safety."
Optimization Architecture: Assist in implementing electrical upgrades and process improvements, providing the "Relational Foundation" for long-term plant efficiency.
Velocity Logic: Utilize industrial engineering principles to resolve equipment abnormalities in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Manufacturing Throughput" in Ibeju-Lekki.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 0 – 2 years of relevant experience (industrial or manufacturing exposure is an advantage).
Technical Power: Basic knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and industrial equipment.
Attributes: Motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of solving complex technical problems under supervision.
Core Competencies
Technical Grit: Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical components in a fast-paced environment.
Electrical Sovereignty: Strong understanding of industrial motors, generators, and automated production systems.
