Job Description:

Nair Systems is seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with specialized Sitecore experience to join our team in Abuja, supporting our Qatar operations. This is a high-impact role designed for a developer who understands the complexities of enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS) and can build scalable, high-performance digital experiences.

You will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Sitecore-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration between the .NET framework and Sitecore’s Experience Platform. Requirements:

1. Enterprise Sitecore Development

• Solution Architecture: Build and maintain scalable web applications using Sitecore XP (Experience Platform) and Sitecore XM (Experience Management).

• Component Engineering: Develop reusable renderings and templates using Sitecore Helix principles to ensure a maintainable and modular codebase.

• Content Modeling: Design complex data templates and information architectures that empower content editors while maintaining technical performance.

2. .NET Framework & Integration

• Backend Mastery: Utilize ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Web API to build the engine behind the CMS.

• API & Third-Party Integration: Develop custom pipelines and integrate external services (CRMs, Payment Gateways, ERPs) into the Sitecore ecosystem.

• Performance Optimization: Implement caching strategies and optimize SQL queries to ensure low latency for users in the Middle East region.

3. Global Collaboration & DevOps

• Cross-Border Support: Work from Abuja to support the Qatar-based operations, requiring excellent communication skills and adherence to international project timelines.

• Deployment Pipelines: Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins to ensure smooth deployments across staging and production environments.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues across the full stack, from frontend rendering to backend service layers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Core Skills: Expert-level proficiency in .NET (C#) and ASP.NET MVC.

• Sitecore Expertise: Hands-on experience with Sitecore 9.x or 10.x. Knowledge of Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) and Sitecore JSS is a significant plus.

• Database Skills: Strong experience with MS SQL Server and Sitecore’s xDB (MongoDB/SQL).

• Location: Must be based in, or willing to work from, Abuja (FCT).
