Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all culinary and beverage operations within our hotel. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be responsible for maintaining our brand standards while driving revenue growth, innovation, and operational excellence across our restaurants, bars, banqueting, and catering services.

Requirements:

Operational & Strategic Leadership

  • Directing Operations: Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets. You will ensure consistent service excellence, high-quality standards, and operational efficiency across the board.

  • Financial Management: Own the P&L. You will develop and manage annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts. You will implement robust cost-control measures while driving revenue through strategic menu engineering, promotions, and upselling.

  • Menu & Concept Development: Work in close partnership with the Executive Chef to plan innovative menus that are on-trend, profitable, and aligned with our brand identity.

Guest Experience & Sales

  • Delivering Excellence: Ensure the consistent delivery of high-end service. You will be the point of contact for VIP guests and complex complaints, turning challenges into opportunities for guest loyalty.

  • Sales & Marketing Synergy: Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing department to promote events, banquets, and seasonal F&B campaigns, ensuring we maximize market share and brand visibility.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Mentorship: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing F&B team. You will lead by example, foster a positive work culture, and handle performance evaluations and coaching.

  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring we remain compliant with local laws and company policies at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 8–10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • International Experience: Candidates must have professional experience in Europe or the Middle East.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Financial Acumen: You have a proven track record of managing budgets, analyzing P&Ls, and driving profitability.

  • Leadership Skills: You are a strong communicator who can manage large teams, influence stakeholders, and lead by example.

  • Operational Expertise: You understand the nuances of running complex F&B operations, from banqueting to fine dining.
