Job Description:
We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Digital Trade Officer to join our team in Festac Town. This role is central to our digital operations, where you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and processing financial transactions across various digital platforms. You will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their digital trade journey is seamless, secure, and efficient.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who combines technical computer literacy with a strong commitment to financial compliance and customer excellence.
Requirements:
Transaction Management & Processing
Trade Oversight: Actively manage and monitor digital trading transactions, ensuring all activities on our platforms are executed correctly.
Order Processing: Verify transaction details and process trade orders with a high degree of accuracy in digital record-keeping.
Problem Resolution: Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to troubleshoot transaction hurdles and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Customer Onboarding & Support
Client Engagement: Assist customers with inquiries related to digital trades, account management, and specific transaction requests.
Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process for our digital services, ensuring they are comfortable using our platforms.
Satisfaction: Deliver a professional and positive customer experience to drive client retention and trust.
Reporting & Compliance
Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all digital trade activities to ensure a clear and auditable paper trail.
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports for management regarding transaction volumes, operational updates, and performance metrics.
Policy Adherence: Promote and strictly adhere to the organization’s financial policies and regulatory compliance standards to mitigate risk.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of an OND qualification in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Computer Literacy: Strong ability to navigate and use diverse digital platforms and financial software.
Fintech Knowledge: A basic understanding of digital financial transactions is considered a significant added advantage.
Core Competencies:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in processing financial data and transaction details.
Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
