Job Description:

• We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Growth Marketer to join our team and drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, sales growth, and revenue generation across multiple digital channels.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing and executing marketing strategies that attract qualified leads, improve conversion rates, optimize campaigns, and scale business growth.
• This role requires someone who understands both the creative and performance side of marketing and can use data-driven insights to improve results continuously

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing and growth strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives
• Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across our social media platforms.
• Ability to edit and create blog posts on WordPress
• Create and coordinate engaging marketing content, campaigns, and promotional materials
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including conversions, CPL, ROAS, CAC, engagement, and revenue impact
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to improve campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets
• Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights

Requirements:

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies
• Experience using digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets
• Experience in B2B, tech, renewable energy, or fast-growing businesses is an added advantage.
