Job Description:
- Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing Digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving engagement, generating leads, and improving overall Digital performance through data driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and boost property sales.
- Plan and manage multichannel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing and content marketing, and online advertising.
- Create and optimize targeted online ads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaigns performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop engaging and relevant contents, including graphics, videos, blogs posts, and social media updates, aligned with Mshel Homes Limited brand and marketing goals.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating impactful posts and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with the graphics and content creation teams to produce high -quality marketing materials.
- Optimize the company's website for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic.
- Manage and update company's website content, ensuring a user-friendly experience and accurate property listing.
- Utilize analytical tools (e.g Google Analytics) to track website performance and implement data driven enhancement.
- Implement effective lead Generation strategies through digital channels.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage follow-ups and enhance customer engagement.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools.
- Proficiency in Digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, MailChimp, and Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, and Social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, video editing, and graphics design basics.
- Data driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
