Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Data Analyst to transform raw information into a strategic asset. In this role, you will be responsible for the full data lifecycle—collecting, cleaning, and interpreting complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in supporting executive decision-making by providing the data-backed clarity needed for strategic planning.
The ideal candidate is someone who looks beyond the numbers to identify the "why" behind business trends and possesses the technical skill to automate reporting processes for maximum accuracy and speed.
Requirements:
Data Management & Analysis
Dataset Optimization: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure high data integrity.
Trend Interpretation: Use statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
Problem Solving: Apply data modeling and analytical tools to solve complex business problems and optimize performance.
Reporting & Visualization
Dashboard Development: Prepare and maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports and interactive dashboards.
KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and core business metrics to provide real-time updates on organizational health.
Process Automation: Support the automation of manual reporting processes and the continuous improvement of data management systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with various departments to understand their unique analytical needs and provide tailored reporting solutions.
Presentation of Findings: Translate technical data into meaningful insights through charts, reports, and presentations for non-technical management teams.
Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and strict confidentiality in line with organizational policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Demonstrated ability to handle and interpret large-scale datasets.
Technical Toolkit:
Advanced Excel: Mastery of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
SQL: Proficiency in querying and managing relational databases.
Visualization: Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools (added advantage).
Core Competencies:

Communication: The ability to explain complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
