• We need a Data Engineer who can design and scale data systems thoughtfully—building pipelines and architectures that turn data into a strategic asset, not a bottleneck.

Key Responsibilities
You will:

• Design and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines across platforms
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across teams
• Support analytics, reporting, and decision-making with trusted datasets
• Partner with product, operations, and leadership to translate data needs into solutions
• Implement data governance, documentation, and best practices to support long-term scale
• Optimize data workflows and performance as data volumes and use cases grow

Requirements:

• You’re the kind of person who sees patterns before they become problems.
• You think in systems, care deeply about quality, and understand that good decisions start with good data.
• You enjoy building for scale, but never lose sight of the people and impact behind the numbers.

You bring:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and pipeline development
• Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and data models
• A track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted datasets
• Clear communication skills—able to explain data concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with cloud data platforms or warehouses
• Familiarity with data orchestration, data quality frameworks, or analytics engineering
• Experience working with growing or impact-driven organizations
