Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service & Social Media Officer to manage customer interactions, support sales, and grow our online presence.
The role includes responding to customers, managing leads, creating and editing content for social media, and maintaining the brand’s online engagement.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage leads across digital channels
  • Follow up with prospects and support sales closure
  • Manage social media pages and engage with audiences
  • Create and edit content (text, images, short videos)
  • Track customer requests and submit reports.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service or social media management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic content creation and video editing skills.

Salary

N120,000 - N150,000 / month
