Job Description:

  • We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our Enugu Branch as a Customer Service Representative.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing shipments, and ensuring smooth daily branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and respond promptly to online enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Provide accurate information about shipping rates, timelines, and company services.
  • Conduct proper inspection of items received and report any defects or irregularities immediately.
  • Efficiently process, pack, and prepare shipments with accuracy.
  • Prepare required shipping documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring customers receive timely updates.
  • Maintain organized records of customer transactions and branch activities.
  • Support daily operational activities at the branch.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related role.
  • Must reside within or close to Transekulu / Nike Lake Road / Enugu axis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
