Job Description:

• We're looking for a smart, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, resolving complaints, answering inquiries, and ensuring customers enjoy an excellent shopping experience both online and in-store.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Handle complaints and resolve customer issues effectively
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and store services
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges when necessary
• Respond to calls, emails, WhatsApp chats, and social media inquiries
• Maintain proper customer records and feedback reports
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote a positive and welcoming brand image at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND qualification
• Previous customer service or retail experience is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Basic computer knowledge and social media handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be smart, polite, and customer-oriented.
