Job Description:
- We're looking for a smart, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, resolving complaints, answering inquiries, and ensuring customers enjoy an excellent shopping experience both online and in-store.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Handle complaints and resolve customer issues effectively
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and store services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges when necessary
- Respond to calls, emails, WhatsApp chats, and social media inquiries
- Maintain proper customer records and feedback reports
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Promote a positive and welcoming brand image at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND qualification
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Basic computer knowledge and social media handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be smart, polite, and customer-oriented.
