Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and diplomatically persuasive Customer Service Representative to anchor our sales and conversion engine. In the premium service sector, success is defined by "Conversion Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize rapid inquiry response across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Voice with the clinical precision required for lead nurturing, upselling, and CRM management. This role is designed for a "Sales Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling multiple inquiries simultaneously) with the "Strategic Agility" required to convert "Interest" into "Confirmed Revenue."
Requirements:
1. Multi-Channel Orchestration & Conversion Logic

2. Service Diplomacy & Revenue Engineering
