Job Description:
- Attend to walk-in customers promptly and professionally.
- Respond to online customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information about company services and shipment status.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
- Process customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Support other administrative and customer-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
