We are seeking a friendly, result-driven, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. Requirements:
Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, providing clear, professional, and friendly assistance.
Operational Updates: Keep clients informed with timely updates regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and operational progress.
Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
Team Coordination: Liaise closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.
Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Client Engagement: Support client onboarding and documentation processes. Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality and proactively suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong interpersonal approach.
Problem-Solving: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally under pressure.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems or standard customer service tools.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management abilities to handle multiple client queries effectively.
