Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Market-Penetration Architect to anchor the commercial and relationship engine of our poultry and veterinary division. In a specialized agribusiness landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the health of the poultry ecosystem and the precision of the product-application success is defined by "Territorial Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize the delivery of critical veterinary/vaccine solutions with the clinical precision required for Revenue Growth, Distributor Partnership, and Market Intelligence. This role is designed for a "Field Architect" specifically a professional with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (mastering poultry health and farm-level negotiation) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Frequency Market Coverage.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Territorial Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Territory: Drive revenue growth for vaccines and medications across assigned regions, acting as the primary "Source of Commercial Authority."

  • Relationship Architecture: Build and sustain high-value partnerships with distributors and farmers, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term product loyalty.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure prompt resolution of inquiries and after-sales support, ensuring the "Source of Brand Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Transactional Logic

  • Revenue Sovereignty: Process orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payment collection, acting as the primary "Source of Cash Flow Velocity."

  • Strategy Architecture: Conduct field visits, organize product demos, and execute training sessions, providing the "Functional Foundation" for product adoption and farmer education.

  • Problem Stewardship: Resolve client concerns and gather competitive intelligence, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Market Insight."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Analytics Sovereignty: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and CRM interactions, acting as the primary "Source of Field Data."

  • Collaboration Architecture: Coordinate across logistics, technical, and admin teams to ensure seamless service delivery, providing the "Relational Foundation" for enterprise-wide synchronization.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Sales expertise to accelerate the "Introduction-to-Purchase" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Regional Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the poultry, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sector.

  • Technical Power: Deep understanding of poultry farming health products and animal medicine.

  • Aptitude: High capacity for independent work, territorial management, and long-range travel.

  • Influence: Strong persuasion skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups (distributors to small-scale farmers).
