Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Market-Penetration Architect to anchor the commercial and relationship engine of our poultry and veterinary division. In a specialized agribusiness landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the health of the poultry ecosystem and the precision of the product-application success is defined by "Territorial Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize the delivery of critical veterinary/vaccine solutions with the clinical precision required for Revenue Growth, Distributor Partnership, and Market Intelligence. This role is designed for a "Field Architect" specifically a professional with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (mastering poultry health and farm-level negotiation) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Frequency Market Coverage.

1. Orchestration & Territorial Governance
Sovereignty of the Territory: Drive revenue growth for vaccines and medications across assigned regions, acting as the primary "Source of Commercial Authority."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the poultry, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sector.
Technical Power: Deep understanding of poultry farming health products and animal medicine.
Aptitude: High capacity for independent work, territorial management, and long-range travel.
Influence: Strong persuasion skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups (distributors to small-scale farmers).
