Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Customer Relations Officer to anchor the front-line engine of our diagnostic facility in Ikeja. In a specialized medical landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the service and the precision of the result success is defined by "Patient Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize professional hospitality with the clinical precision required for Payment Reconciliation, Results Coordination, and Patient Education. This role is designed for a "Service Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling patient complaints and complex inquiries) with the "Analytical Agility" required to manage Financial Transactions and Diagnostic Compliance.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Interaction Governance
Sovereignty of the Patient Experience: Greet and assist patients with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Clinical Professionalism."
Inquiry Architecture: Address queries regarding diagnostic services and scheduling, providing the "Structural Foundation" for informed patient access.
Integrity Stewardship: Manage and escalate complaints to the appropriate departments, ensuring the "Source of Patient Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Fiscal Logic
Transaction Sovereignty: Receive payments and issue receipts with high fidelity, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Accuracy."
Reconciliation Architecture: Balance daily cash and credit transactions, providing the "Functional Foundation" for audit-ready financial records.
Fiscal Stewardship: Maintain detailed records of all financial movements, maintaining the "Source of Operational Evidence."
3. Operational Integrity & Diagnostic Power
Result Sovereignty: Coordinate with Laboratory, Radiology, and Cardiology teams to ensure timely delivery, acting as the primary "Source of Service Velocity."
Confidentiality Architecture: Issue diagnostic results while ensuring strict accuracy and data protection, providing the "Relational Foundation" for patient privacy.
Educational Logic: Provide procedural guidelines and follow-up clarifications, maximizing the "Source of Patient Understanding."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven track record in customer relations, front-desk management, or hospital administration.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Basic Financial Accounting and Information Management Systems.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex medical procedures simply.
Location: Must be based in or able to operate from Ikeja, Lagos.
