Job Description:
We are a leading player in the drycleaning industry, dedicated to our brand promise: Clean. Fresh. On Time. We are looking for a warm, organized, and solutions-driven Customer Relations Officer to serve as the face and voice of our company. You will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, ensuring that every interaction reflects our high standards of service, and cultivating long-term relationships with our clients.
Requirements:
Customer Management: Provide a welcoming environment for all walk-in customers. Explain our services and pricing clearly, accurately log orders, and issue receipts. Proactively resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Order Coordination: Oversee the entire garment lifecycle from initial intake to delivery or pickup. Maintain real-time tracking of garment status, notify customers promptly when items are ready, and collaborate with production and dispatch teams to guarantee timely service.
Relationship Building: Proactively build our client base by maintaining an organized database of corporate and regular clients. Drive customer retention through loyalty initiatives (birthdays, referrals, discounts) and gather feedback to help us continuously improve.
Administration & Reporting: Reconcile daily financial transactions (cash, POS, transfers) and submit weekly reports on customer traffic, complaints, and feedback trends. Ensure all operational activities strictly comply with data privacy and item-handling standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Composure: Strong conflict resolution abilities; you remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented even under pressure.
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
Numeracy: Good mathematical skills for accurate billing and financial reconciliation.
Professionalism: A neat, professional appearance combined with an empathetic and proactive mindset.
