Mysuredeal Online Store is seeking energetic and empathetic Customer Care Representatives to join our onsite team in Lagos. This role is essential for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and building long-term trust with our clientele. We are looking for individuals who are excellent communicators, tech-savvy in online customer management, and ready to work in a dynamic retail environment.

The position offers both morning and night shift options, requiring a professional who can handle high-volume interactions with patience and accuracy.

Requirements:

Communication & Relationship Building

  • Inbound Management: Efficiently handle incoming calls and customer inquiries with a focus on quick and helpful responses.

  • Trust Building: Establish sustainable relationships with customers through open, honest, and interactive communication.

  • Customer Engagement: Go the "extra mile" to engage customers, ensuring they feel valued throughout their journey with the brand.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

  • Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs to provide the most effective solutions and achieve total satisfaction.

  • Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints by providing appropriate alternatives and solutions within established time limits.

  • Resolution Follow-up: Ensure every issue is followed through to a complete and satisfactory resolution.

Online & Operational Support

  • Online Management: Manage customer interactions across various online platforms, resolving issues in a digital environment.

  • Information Accuracy: Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the company’s internal methods and tools.

  • Policy Compliance: Strictly follow the organization’s communication procedures, guidelines, and service policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:

    • Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc. Degree.

  • Experience:

    • 1–2 years of work experience in a customer service or success-related role.

  • Demographics:

    • Gender: Female.

    • Age: 20–27 Years.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Patience: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or when dealing with difficult customers.

    • Tech Savviness: Comfortable using online customer management tools and standard communication software.

    • Reliability: Willingness to commit to either Morning or Night shift schedules onsite in Lagos.
