Job Description:

• We are recruiting to fill the position of a Customer Care Officer - Call Center.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Degree / HND / OND in Mass Communication
• Experience in customer services or cal center operations.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in software tool
